Rates
May, June, September, October : € 3150,00 per week
July, August : € 4250,00 per week
Services included
- Linen for bedrooms and bathroom (1 x week) provided ;
- Maintenance of swimming pool and garden ;
- Housekeeper living next door ;
- Electricity ;
- Final cleaning.
Conditions
- Security deposit : € 1500,00 (cash on arrival) ;
- Payment : € 1500,00 within one week after reservation (Reservation will be fixed after payment of the advance) ;
- Balance one month prior to arrival.
